SCAM Rang at 7.20am this morning. Claiming to be from tps. Could hardly understand her, obviously in a call centre. When I questioned WHY she was waking us up at 7.20am she put the phone down.

SCAM / SPAM Number called me saying a federal case was being mounted against me? I pressed 1 to continue and had a woman with Indian accent on the phone with clearly a cal centre in the background. She asked how she could help me to which I replied, "I don't know, you called me!" Then she hung up on me.

They call leaving voicemails saying ‘this is not a marketing call, please call back’ I’ve also had texts asking to call back quoting the following reference number...which is different every time. I was in the shower when they rang, had to rush to the phone, only to find they were wasting my time trying to get me to buy some stuff I don t need, by this time the water was still running and I m on a meter! Also my towel got soaked so I was unable to dry myself properly after the shower

I have had a call from this number as I do not know it I let the answering machine get it, as soon as the announcement started the caller hung up. When I dialled the number back using 141 to block my own number the call was not picked up. I suspect a call centre of some form possibly phishing. Also had a missed call from 02089022545 which I assume is the same outfit. If genuine reason for call, why not leave a message?
