SCAM/ Automated call They rang saying they were from some crime division and that my national insurance number was being suspended because it was linked to many crime related activities. I hung up before it got any further.
Spoke to the call guy - free assessment. Will give quote for windows but will not put pressure on to buy. Two phone calls - one confirming visit. After calls, googled the company. Lots of very negative reviews of loss of deposits. Looked at both duedil and companies house and both state they have been ordered to wind up and they are in liquidation. I'm in West Yorkshire and this is one of the increasing landline robo calls, originating from the south of England, I've been receiving in November 2020. Where it rings, there's no one there if I answer and if it goes to voice message, no message is left. Each time this happens I add the number to my phones blacklist so it's blocked if they try again.
