SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. Something about being charged £79.99, and pressing 1 to speak to a service manager. We don't have Amazon Prime. We are ex directory, and with TPS.

I keep getting calls from this number which I never answer. I think that if you answer or reply to calls from these people they will know that the number is live, and not only will they keep hassling you, but they will also sell your number to other rogue companies.
