Many repeated automated messages of low quality, on my work phone, asking to call this number. I have had no dealings with the company in the past, and have no debts. Spam at the least, possibly a scam.

Silent call Answered this call, no-one there!!! A recorded kind of drumroll played. Held on for a few minutes, music played again, still no-one there so I hung up. Saw previous search on Google to say that this is HMRC but I don't think it is.

Received a call from this number with an electronic voice recording claiming that our BT line was to be disconnected. We are NOT with BT! . This is a scam and a fraud. It was also at 8:30 in the morning when not everyone would be up. I do note that googling this number does seem to produce a former genuine use for it, but i double-checked the number. This was a scammer., There is no question about it.

Call received 10.31 hours on Wednesday, 23rd June 2017. No message received, so I didn t pick up the phone. I don t recognise this number and don t want to speculate with no further information. Suspicious of those who will not leave a message and Dorset is a high scam area in the UK. Better to be cautious.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Received a call asking about my car accident - which of course I hadn t had. When I asked who told them I have been in an accident the weary sounding woman just said they would remove my details and rang off. Interesting that if you try to call them on this number it appears not to exist.
