They just called me this afternoon which I ignored but found info on other sites so I phoned them and have confirmed who they are. The company is called Mark Group . They are a company that specialise in cavity wall insulation and solar panels. They are based in Ashford, Kent. They did some insulation work for me just under a year ago, very quick & very good, but not sure on the "cold calling" front.

Hi all I received a automated call from this number saying my Amazon prime account had been compromised and to press 1 if i didn't spend £350. I hung up immediately. Has anyone received anything similar?
Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.
