Don t know the scam but scam it certainly is. Drop the call quickly.

These people are phoning me from 8.30am until late at night, asking if im me and going through security questions to verify who i am. I tell them ive already spoken to someone but i have to go through the same old crap four or five times a day. My property was repossessed in 2010, by the bank who then put touchstone in charge and they let the property through an estate agent, during this time someone they let the property too ran up a bill with Scottish power. Claimed be calling from somewhere that sounded like CAB, but wasn t, telling me they had received legal notification of outstanding debts I had to pay. Hung up when I told him I didn t, number will not receive calls.

Called yesterday and asked for "Les" to which we said it was a wrong number. They called back 4 times that day. One the last call they said "has nobody spoken to you about insurance?" Then today they ve called twice but we put the phone straight down.

This number has called my mobile number & our landline, we haven t ansnwered as yet but are confident they are unsolicited calls.

accident claims scammers; this number appears with a host of other 0114 and 0113 numbers all owned by Fuse 2 Communications Ltd - as the registered owner, they can take action to stop this calls but have been very reluctant to do so; really disappointing.
