SPAM - eventually answered as a call centre for the "housing maintenance team" asking how I was. Hung up, blocked and reported. This is a newish number as well so either autodialing or selling numbers again.

SCAM Left a voicemail and I couldn't make our what they were saying. Phoning from Boston, UK and I'm in N.Ireland so no valid reason to be receiving this call.
Didn't call me by name at the start of the call, and later asked for bank details. This is irrelevant to my satisfaction with BT which is what the call was supposedly about.

I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately?
