This is an India based recruitment company that pretend to be calling from London. They use a very cheap connection such as Skype and together with their heavy accents makes them understandably. I am suspicious about this number. The person who called me on it said he was in London. This locator indicates the location of this number to be in Manchester.
Automated voice stating they where calling from HMRC and that there was a fraudulent case against me and if I did not press 1 immediately then a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. Firstly HMRC will never call you and secondly I am still waiting for the police to show up at my door and arrest me for nothing. Utter nonsense. Don't be fooled by these calls people.

SCAM I am assuming this is a scam number because1) its an unknown number from London, where I am not expecting any calls (I'm in Scotland), 2) I'm harrassed daily with scam calls, mostly from London. 3) the vm this number left was electronic music notes for 30 sec and then disconnect.
