SCAM recorded voice saying from National Crime Agency, hung up after that so don't know what it was about

Says he is looking for a relationship but contacting women over 50! The man used is around 25 years old. BEWARE SCAMMERS ARE CRIMINALS... ARE THIEVES
I got a call about winning money. But I participated nowhere and the woman said that one such thing once before in passing but does and I should rather pleased about the money myself. I hung up without another word, because they just could not tell me what should be the for a raffle.
My elderly mother received a call yesterday evening. Caller (foreign sounding)knew her name and address & said he was coming round. As she currently has carers attending, she was alarmed when a legitimate (female)one arrived
