Phoned multiple times and i didn t answer. After numerous occasions i finally answered and it was "carphone warehouse". Told me i have an available upgrade on my phone. Went through everything and gave them my bank details. After waiting up to 3 weeks for said phone i had enough and phone the real carphone warehouse. No such record of my phone call or anything. They advised my to cancel my card at my bank incase they took any money, which they had. Disgusting.
