The telephone rang at 15.30. When I picked up the receiver there was a short pause after which a child (or Chinese girl with a high-pitched voice?) giggled and then hung up. What a waste of time! Why can the TPS not prevent these mindless calls? Earlier today I received a call from 02531 256 878, where the Chinese (?) girl asked for my late husband. I said "Goodbye" and hung up. I wonder whether the person was the same in both calls, ringing from two different numbers.
