Fraud Claim to be Marstons debt recovery agent! After speaking to marstons they could not identify this as one of there agents and told me that the person they spoke to when they called the number was very very rude! Scam

The caller said his name was Terrence from Frank Gallo solicitors he then gave me the website his 5 digit employee number and then also gave me a 5 digit reference number. He said I had been miss-sold loans he said about 10 different companies which raised a flag, he said I was due compensation and they would claim the money from me. Asian caller claiming to be from the carphone warehouse company (yeah right), about an exciting offer and he could give me the most up-to-date phone. I told him that I don't use mobile phones and just stayed quiet, he hung up about 2 minutes later. What an idiot, the muppet was talking to me on a mobile phone. Now blocked ????
