Yes I was conned and paid £499 in October 2016.However I pursued a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Act 1974. I had paid on my HSBC credit card and filled a few forms in and sent what I had from Your Money Rights along with a copy of my credit card statement as proof of payment. I have received a full refund of £499 today ! So look up the 1974 Act and go from there !! I
