SCAM Claims to be from a government service to help clear debt. This is 100% a scam (I know, I work in debt advice). Please do not give them any of your bank details or pay any fees to "clear" your debts.

I was contacted regarding a Sapphire Magazine subscription following completion of a survey. This number, based in Cardiff. Very plausible female. I foolishly gave them my debit card number. I realised later thus could be a scam and surfed the Internet and confirmed my suspicions! See Money Supermarket threads. I cancelled the bank card immediately. Please don t give these comedians any access to bank cards or account numbers, doubt I will receive anything resembling a magazine this side of Christmas! Fe
Missed call, and found this site by googling the number, such a pain, wish I knew where they got my number from in the 1st place.
This is a scam call introduced with " You have an order with Amazon for a Coffee maker"
I got a missed call. I genuinely thought it was someone I know so I called them back. They knew my name and tried to sell me life insurance...
Rang me today (4.1.23) with a very bad line but sounded like sales. When asked “where are you based” the line went dead.

scam they phone you about an incident in your car saying that you could be owed money and try and get details from you when i said i will call my insurance company and if they can put me through to them then i will talt to them, they hung up. but didnt quit they called my work number the next day and my mobile again the day after
