Received Text message from this number (posing to be from Royal Mail?) asking for unpaid postage on a parcel. Unsure if genuine. Ignored it anyway.

had two calls today, both silent... yesterday an asian man asked me to confirm my name, address and postcode, then hung up. ican see on here and elsewhere that this particular caller(s) is causing annoyance and anxiety to everyone. i am registered with the TPS, but that doesn t seem to help. something in general really needs to be done regarding these type of calls....
