I have received a txt message from this number informing me that my internet will be cut in 24hours due to some ileagal hacking report by bt??????????????? im a virgin customer for a start and you have to get up pretty early in the morning to catch this little piggy with his pants down

Telemarketing
SCAM - Pretending to be Microsoft and they download Anydesk on your PC, run some commands and show you the "threats" on your PC. They then run something that shows banking details and they direct you to go to your online banking so they can assist in fixing your security with your banking. (I am in IT and an elderly customer got tricked by this).
I rang a phone number pretending to be from Advantis but the caller mentioned the police so I felt guilty....won t be ringing them back!
Said he was calling from Windows Systems and my computer had been hacked -I asked whether he had a grandmother and he hung upon me. Second call from him in less than a week!
