caller said they were from BT Open reach and said they had noticed a problem with our computer. I said thats interesting. She said can you turn on your computer I replied do you think I am f****** mad to which she replied yes. I said so go f **** off this number is not to be trusted do not do anything you are asked and warn elderly and vulnerable not to turn on anything.
I didn't answer, checked here first. Glad I did. I won't be answering if they call again.

SCAM / SPAM Only answered this announced call (have call blocker) as they had the same name as a relative. Claimed to be from Windows support. The Asian gentleman caller became quite aggressive and abusive when I said that I don’t own a computer with Windows called me a liar and threatened me with legal action if I didn’t comply. Eventually put the phone down on him.
