They said they were fraud team and wanted my NI number, if i didnt press one i could be in trouble and lose any assets that i have. I just hung up

no response, just another nuisance call!
Called asking if I had PPI, said I didnt and never have done, then said its not just on loans, is on mortages aswell, said I had neither. Asked to be taken off database but apparently they cant do that until i had answered all questions. Number blocked!

Electronic answer machine, could be fooled to think it was real. Girl with a Northern English accent (Barnsley?) asked if something is right, but the call purposely kept breaking up.

Fraud SPAM Fraud SCAM Rude and indecent to people calling them dumb and stupid and calling them fucking idiots. Called about fake debts. Best he didn't call me when I didn't even have a coffee or a cup of tea or a cigarette. I won't be called dumb or stupid by a fake debt collector. Block or even better tell him to do one and go away.
Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed UK number which will be a very expensive call.
Energy compeny - sales call.
Automated HMRC scam about fraudulent activity wanting me to press one to find out more and stop the case from going any further; you would never get a phone call about this so clearly a scam/fraud.
