Spoke to Action Fraud and this definitely a SCAM. Their contact number will have a small + next to it as they have bought the telephone number to make it appear as though they are based in London. A number of people have reported this company as they are trying to worry you and con you out of money. If this has happened to you just call action fraud on 0300 123 2040 or go to the action fraud website. Do not pay them anything and do not let them worry you, They are just wastes of space trying to con innoce
Market research They called AGAIN today - 10th Jan 2013 This is a guy that phones on a regular basis, with kids screaming in the background, and a television blaring at the same time. In his south scottish accent, he tries to calmly spurt out the "hello, I m so and so and doing some market research". By this time, I ve hung up.
Called and said they wanted to discuss my Vodaphone order. Told them no, no, no , no etc. and they hung up.

Called saying from o2 never asked for any of my personal details but sent me a one time pass code kept me on the line for quite some time offering me discount on my bill plus free upgrade. When call ended contacted o2 and was informed that the one time pass code is what they use to lock me out of the account and gives them the access to use my account

its a scam of some kind. phone only rings for short period before caller hangs up and when you ring back the auto message says dont worry we will call back if urgent, its a nuisance call or scam of some kinds
