Heavily-accented man "from BT Openreach", having "detected many different IPs connecting to my router" (yeah, right). I kept him and his "technical supervisor" going for 30 minutes, letting him talk me through installing TeamViewer remote meeting/support software. When he tried to get me to connect, I asked if he had a cork stuck in his bottom - this seemed to puzzle him until I explained that I was wondering why he sounded so full of sh*t. He concluded that I was declining his help. 30 very satisfying

Told me in English and Chinese I had a parcel to pick up, click 1 for Enlgish and 2 for Chinese (it tild me that I didn't click. Automated voice as well.
