Was called this evening @ 8:35pm. I have a call blocker so because it’s not not in my list, they need to state who they are. They didn’t and hung up.
The caller said she was Issabel. I have no idea who this is. nWhen I spoke to the lady she identified herself as from Markerstudy and asked for security details, which I did ...
I was texted yesterday looking for someone called Richard (not me) to call 1st Credit urgently on this number. I texted back STOP, and today, they have called me, but left no message!!!

Said they were from BT and wanted to improve my router to increase my internet speed. Tried to get me to log on to anydesk.com, which is a remote access portal. I actually asked them if doing so would give them access to my computer and they said no. Beware!

Very muffled call. I knew when I heard the background noise it was PPI so I just played along for a laugh. Claimed it was refund department and I just kept asking which company etc until he hung up in frustration. A good laugh!
