Definitely, without a doubt, a scam. Don't listen. Don't buy iTunes card. Shout at them, sounds horrible, but they are scammers, they are evil people who steal hard earned money. Shout at them. It's the only way they won't call back. Same people, evil scammers, calling from different numbers, under different disguises i.e scams.

wetting my self laughing i had this call 4 days ago, identical of what was said about ppi and loans, i just let them carry on after 12 mins of them trying to convince me of the ?5000 loan iv had (them not actually knowing I m blacklisted and can t get anything on finance for the last 12 years) i was rudely told that i was not owed anything and instantly put the phone down on me lol ha ha ha ha wnkers !!!!!!!

Claimed to be from the FCA about a frozen bit coin account. I challenged him to prove he was from the FCA and give me a number to call him back on. He didnt give me a number but tried to say he could prove he was from the FCA bu searching their site for a reference number - the ref number linked to a real person but not someone who worked for the FCA. I hung up and they dint call back - I called the number and it said it couldn't be connected - SCAM
