Text from this number says: Evri: your parcel has a shipping fee, pay at: https://arrived-local-facility.com It's a scam, Delete Block Report. This one came at a time when I was expecting a Royal Mail parcel from China, did they know or was it just coincidence?
Said it was Amazon and that my Amazon Prime account was due to auto renew. I don’t have Amazon Prime!

Scam call on tax.
This is a renewal scam phone number. Do not call them. You haven't been billed for renewing Norton (even if you are using it, this number is not Norton). They even claim the number is "toll free" - which it isn't. Also, this is not a term we use in the UK anyway, we would say it was a freephone number. The scam usually involves you logging in to your on-line bank, then them showing you that they have overrfunded you (by blanking your screen then manipulating the contents of the page).
