Told me I had made a claim for ppi which I hadn't. Tried to tell me which website I had made the claim on at this point I hung up. Rang me again 2 hours later. Now on my bl...
Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.

Had a PPI claim with this company, but continually harrassed me by telephoning daily, sometimes twice a day, asking if I had received the refund and to pay their bill. I even explained I would pay them when i had the money, but still kept telephoning. Will never use this company again.

Recieved a call today from this number. Robot left message on answer machine telling me to press certain numbers to claim. Reported to ICO. I suggest everyone does the same and we may eventually put a stop to these nuisance calls. I am registered with TPS total waste of time get nuisance calls every day.
