Seemed very suspicious to me. As I have a contact in Scotland I rang it back immediately and a woman answered, asked who I wanted to speak to, said she had just come in and insisted the call did not come from her number and quickly hung up when i advised her to contact her phone provider.

It’s somebody who has a sky mobile number not far from. A Chester.
Stated "This is your internet provider, due to your internet being compromised we will be disconnecting your internet in the next 24 hours". I suggest this is either a scam or a very aggressive sales call. Voice sounded female American but may well have been digital.
