Called, I answered and then they put phone down!! Very strange!! On returning call the caller had blocked me
Called twice. First time line was silent. The second time 'Chris' telling me he was from an energy efficiency agency and my loft insulation was insufficient. He said that I could have a fee government survey. I told him I had a had a loft conversion, and there was no such thing as a government insulation survey. He hung up. Definite scam.

SCAM Had these people phone me up on another number pretending to be the national crime agency, using an automated message. When rumbled and blocked they tried again using this number to pretend to be an insurance broker, again using the same tactics with an automated message which made it obvious that it was the same people. Do not trust, just block them.
