Automated call to a person I have never heard of. I phoned back and they claimed they were working on behalf of a Utility Company, but would not tell me which one. I explained there was no one here by that name, as I am the first and only resident here. I asked that they give me the name of the utility company as obviously their information was incorrect. They said this could not be done. I said their practice of not checking the number before pestering people reflected what a rubbish company Westcote is. I
