  	1422718981	Called a company telephone number asking for a name that was not recognised. When we asked which department the caller put the phone down

  	1422718981	Said that I had made an appointment for them to check the heat efficency of my home. I had made NO such appointment. When asked when I had made this appointment they refused to say.
  	1422718981	Was asked if I was home owner and I replied 'I haven't requested that, would you like to tell me about it?' To which she replied 'You're quite rude so I'll get someone else to call you later' I am quite offended as my tone was neutral and relatively friendly.
  	1422718981	When I refused to confirm my identity until they first identified themselves, the person sighed and hung up. I'm sure I've been contacted by this number previously and they were a fake energy firm wanting to carry out a "heat loss energy test". I just laughed and said goodbye and then hung up.
  	1422718981	Wanted to make appointment for an energy survey. Gave impression that they were a public service. After questioning they admitted they were a private company. Told her that I.'m on TPS and they were breaking the law by cold calling me. Informed that I was not interested and hung up.

  	1422718981	Tried to tell me that they were from "Energy Care" and "assessors" would be in my area next week. When I asked them what they were assessing she mumbled something about Heat Loss. I suspect they're trying to flog cavity wall insulation or something. Asked them to remove me from their list.
  	1422718981	Gentleman caller. Claimed to be "in the area" doing heat loss surveys. Trotted out some questions about is it right that our house got a boiler serviced in the past 5 years, and that our windows are nearing 10 years old etc. I suspect it is either a window replacement cold call, or cavity wall insulation, or possibly just a simple scam. Told the guy to remove my details from their database. Avoid this number!
