SCAM caller from Kalamata, Greece. Let it ring, they hung up after 10 seconds. Report and block number
Recorded message about supposed "bank fraud". Invitation to press 1 or 2, which I didn't take up. Why don't these people do something useful with their time?
Rang several times this week in middle of night! Why would they need to call anyone between 3and 4 am?
Claimed to be calling on behalf of the government regarding grants for boilers and insulation. TPS doesn't apply to them according to the caller

I this is a search i made for Matalan in Newcastle upon tyne I pponed the number as i wished to speak to customer servie. A male voice spoke to me saying you have reached your credit please press one to make a payment, I dony have any credit withe matalan. I thought this was a bit fishy so i blocked the number. then i asked my husband to phone the number from his old Nokia phone. the reply was. This number has been blocked. hmmm was it a scam or what. this was my experience, I hope my comments help.

Covid19 - received a text message saying... "Tracing Notification: You have been in contact with a confirmed case of the latest variant. Please order a free test-kit via: trace.pcr-order-testkits.com/uk" Obviously not going to click on a dodgy link & I have test kits already to use. Scam.
Nuisance call on a sunday
This number calls me daily claiming to be bank security an automated voice tells me I have made a purchase from Amazon for £300 and a money transfer for over £1000 which I know isn't true as I don't have that amount in my account so I believe it to be a scam
Safe number Received a call from 03333440000 trying to give me a text message to my landline. I hung up. Then I decided to check them out and it turned out to be a GENUINE COMPANY called AQL who were simply trying to give me a message. I called 03333446527 to retrieve my message which was from a NHS supplier. The message was important to me! Why the NHS supplier chose to send a text to my landline when they have my mobile number is a mystery to me. No worries here.
This number called my mother saying that she owed them £400 - she told them to put it in writing!

This number called me at 15.50 approx today 20/07/23...I allowed him to answer and he said he was from Vodafone about my account ..i do have a Vodafone account but I wouldn't let him speak .I just said no thankyou and turned him off ...I thought if it that important they can send me an email
