SCAM / SPAM - “tax fraud” if you don’t comply you will have a warrant out on you. Of course this is not true, it’s a scam, do not entertain calls from this number unless it is to waste their time.

Fraud number plays a automated number talking about suspension of National insurance number. Didn't listen to the end. HMRC don't contact you in this way. I presume at some point you have to call at which point you will be charged an fortune.
This number is a scammer...the code is for Leicester ..I rang the number back and the ring tone is not a U.K. tone. ..my call rang until it dropped, no one answered. Obviously a company from overseas fronting their call with a false U.K. phone number..Beware..!
