Paid number
Before 1985 this was my home phone number, the dialing code is Nottingham and the 63 was my local BT exchange at the time, located in Hucknall. A lot of the BT lines were terminated as this was one of the first areas in Nottingham that had access to a cable service that at the time was provided by Diamond Cable (Who sold to NTL, who virgin bought and now operate nationally in the UK)
Three phone calls from this number to my Virgin Media landline starting at 5.40 am to 5.55 am. t is not a text service number. There was no message. Just the zap noise coming out of my answer machine and waking everyone up on all three calls. It is now blocked.
Keep calling me trying to sell advertising to be shown inside Post Office counters. 6 phone calls today alone. Not excessive, but they are calling a taxi booking office and along with all the other cold callers it clogs up or system.
Refused to say who he was or what company he was from or why he was calling - just wanted to know my name. Very dodgy.
When return dialled number is not recognised so beware.

Pleasant enough lady selling discounted subscriptions for The Times and The Sunday Times.
Suspicious call didn't answer potential scammer!
Don't get this...you haven't told me who called me! What exactly is the point??
Recorded message claiming to be from HMRC in relation to tax. Strongly suspect this is a scam.
They call about "your frozen funds in your wallet". They do not identify themselves, they do not confirm who you are, I terminated the call. Highly likely a scam.
