This appears to be a scam of some sort. Phone rings you answer it but there is nobody there. After a few seconds an automated voice says goodbye. Get a number of these.

Fraud - pretends to be from HMRC stating that there is an arrest warrant out for you against unpaid taxes. Goes through to a call centre. BEWARE!!
