  	1489587986	I have to laugh at the comments below, I have searched this number as it is not one I know,but on finding out it is Onecom. Firstly they are not a scam, I have been with them for a few years now for my work landlines(I usually get called off a different number hence why I searched this one). They work off of Openreachs lines, so they are not lying. I had a fault whilst being with Onecom, it was a BT Openreach engineer that came out to deal with it. The best thing I have done with my landlines is move to One

Had I not asked specific questions related to this I think they would have been happy to let me carry on under that misapprehension. Seemed to have quite a bit of information about that account - including contacting me on a number which was not the said account. Called me last year and were very persistent, calling me back when i said I would think about it.

  	1489587986	If you all listened to what they have to say and what they can do for you, you will realise you are being ripped off by BT and it is actually them that are untrustworthy.. Go on trust pilot and look at Onecom reviews compared to your special BT.... It will say it all.
