Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.
Had this as a text message saying MyHermes parcel needed re-scheduling. I don’t have any parcels pending. Came in as +44 etc
