When I told them I done all my claims myself and had resubmitted a claim to be checked again and had all my money back they then went on to say that I wasn t doing a proper job and was ultimately depriving my children of a family holiday, family car or extra money for christmas which they could get for me as they were more professional and had more authority to dig deeper into my banking situation with my bank than what I had mysel.....haha whatever. They mad
