Woman with foreign accent called me on my mobile saying she was from 'Consumer Justice' after a significant delay before speaking. Clearly a scam call. Told her to go forth and multiply before cancelling the call and then blocking the number so these specimens of living existence can't call again.
Asian gentleman called. Knew our name and our old address (13 years ago) - I did not correct him. Asked if, since joining the TPS we had stopped receiving nuisance calls (NO!) then said to verify the call we had registered a visa debit card which is due to expire in 2018. Told him no credit or debit cards had been registered when I signed up with TPS - over 14 years ago -. He told me that I was not listening to the call and asked again. I said same again - He got rather annoyed at my stupidity! told me that
