It’s defo NHS although not an only appointment line as I was left a voicemail from a family member to notify me that they were in hospital. Only issue I would say is that now I have no idea what hospital they’re in or how to get in contact. Wish there was a way to find out.

Called me twice today. Clearly from an Asian call centre although showing a UK number. I hung up immediately first time recognising it as a scam call. Second time I asked them not to call again then hung up
