trustworthy number, called me to inform me about my credit cards details being stolen and used.
Caller pretended to be performing a health survey. Really trying to promote Souza Healthcare products. See https://www.aspokesmansaid.com/search?query=souza for other examples. They are in Belfast - address on their web site.
Survey asking about life insurance, mortgage provider etc- indian call centre.

Asked for Mrs Cragg (not known at this address ever - we are first occupants). Said they were from microsoft and needed to help. When I said no-one of that name here, got flustered and hung up. Tried calling number back but won t go through.

Who is it??
Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
