SCAM Fraud SCAM Absolute scumbags who have been preying on my elderly mother for years. They 'sell' unnecessary appliance insurance such as TV or washing machine cover, household wiring cover, and boiler cover, often at extortionate amounts higher than cost of replacement of appliance for new. Once they have your bank or card details, they set you up for additional policies you didn't want, often for appliances you don't even own. I doubt there's actually any cover in place. Please watch out for these scumbags - they will also send a very official looking booklet claiming to be from Scottish Widows via e-mail A couple of guys calling themselves Tom & Jamie but when you try calling their number it doesn't connect They are very polite and professional on the phone If you send them any money you will never see it again - luckily we didn't get caught but it was close
