Someone called our offices and abused our admin assistant, when rang back to ask why they did this the number was unobtainable. whoever called upset a young lady enough for her to start crying and need to be sent home with another member of staff.

SCAM Some sort of call centre, non-Birmingham accent, claimed to be calling about "Talk Security". Sounded like every other scammer I've listened to.
SCAM Indian woman pretending to be BT saying that there were multiple unknown IP addresses connected to our internet. Tried to get me to go into the terminal of my computer and started inserting ridiculous stuff. As soon as I asked BT to email me officially and we take it from there, she went silent and hung up.

Call center - Don't know who it was - they said hello a couple of times, and then decided to talk in something like Hindi to a colleague in the call centre and then hung up.

SCAM THIS IS A SCAM. Claim to be HMRC and demand instant payment, or threaten with warrant for your arrest etc. HANG UP AND REPORT. DO NOT SEND MONEY.
