Had a call from this claims management company today asking if I want to make an injury claim due to an accident I might have been involved in??! I TOLD THE LADY THAT I WOULD BE REPORTING THEIR COMPANY TO THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AS IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO BE COLD CALLING!! She said NO it s was perfectly legal for them to do so!!. HERE COMES THE FUN PART AS I OWN AN ACCIDENTMANAGEMENT COMPANY ... Yes so I told her that I am a director and immediately she apologised and hung up!!!.lol.
Claimed they were from the telephone preference management system, advising I was a member and did I want to renew for another 3 years. Call went on to check if I paid my direct debit on time and if the card registered had changed expiry date - at this point I stopped call - SCammers
Called me 3 times today to try and get me to download team viewer support so they could hack into my computer said they were from B.T. Scammer!!!! Beware!!!
Called from - 02079461889 and asked about a crash, had no details and said some road act data protection crap. Call initially started with recording from a laura mason then tranferred to a man with a foreign voice. He managed to get my name and address and car reg and crash details before i clicked something wasnt right. He wanted me to sign documents in relation to a claim i made for a recent accident. Started the call talking about PPI - Have I been receiving lots of calls about PPI? - when I said No they they started to ask me about the boiler at my property, how old is it?? Nonsense. Hung up when I said I was a Private Tenant who cannot make decisions about the property.

Called our TPS registered number yesyerday trying to sell their accountancy services. The female caller became rude and agressive when told the number was TPS registered and I ended the call. Despite knowing the number was TPS registered she (or another woman) called again today. Clearly they have no respect for others.
