SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be from BT saying there was an issue with my IP address being compromised. Asked me to download a remote working application onto my laptop: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/. I asked for a number to call BT back on this one ie 02081235072. He called me on 0012122292952.

SCAM, SMScaster scam call. This number is either from the Scamchester or Scamerpool area or possibly Bhopal India. Pretending to be Santander but not using the Santander protocols or contacts. Block it and delete, do not respond

Ppi claims dont stop phoning
This number is a scammer...the code is for Leicester ..I rang the number back and the ring tone is not a U.K. tone. ..my call rang until it dropped, no one answered. Obviously a company from overseas fronting their call with a false U.K. phone number..Beware..!
