We received calls from a women claiming to be from CCG asking for our MD who is out of the country so fielding his calls. Got very rude when asked a few questions, and we hung up on her. She then promptly phoned back a further 8 times, and each time hung up when we tried to connect to a more senior person. The last call she made came through to another person and she asked for the name of the original person whom she'd spoken to and to be put through. We tried to put her through to a senior member staff but
