An unsolicited call on this number (though we subscribe to Silent CallGuard) saying they were "--- Fine Wines". I jumped in to say neither of us drink (true) and he said "its not about drinking, its about investing in fine wines". I replied that we had no interest whatsoever in that, and he ended the call.

missed the call but when you call the number back it doesnt exist or is not recognised.
here is evidently another round of these tiresome calls, claiming to be from a law firm , regarding an alleged minor car accident. From the accent, it is probably from the Sub-Continent and clearly rather sadly fraudulent. Ignore all protestations to the contrary.
When I answer the phone it instantly ends the call and terminated their number.
