This was the second identical pre-recorded message within the hour. The first was from abroad. Both claimed to be from my bank (unspecified) saying that two transactions had been made that were unusual, please press 1 etc.

Rude idiot who keeps ringing you up about a car accident and then uses the F word when you dont wish to speak to him. Cant really understand him either as can not speak clear English either this company needs to be dealt with by insurance companies, police and goverment under GDPR
