Purports to be BT but cannot tell me my name. Barely intelligible voice sent me a text to my mobile with a pin, which, if I touched it, would enable her to confirm my details. Safe to assume it’s a scam.

Phone range once then disconnected. I suspect its a scam and thar they're expecting you to call back.
I have been charged ?46 by Orange for going on line with 09070241143 on March 19, 2013. I Don t know who these people are and could have talked to them for 2 minutes, never mind 23 minutes that is claimed. I will call at their given address tomorrow.
