SCAM / SPAM some automated voice going on about a tax fraud case against me and what i could be arrested. Call kept breaking up. so did not hear the full sales pitch. i call the number back and it sounded like the old dial up internet noise and then into a calling tone as if in a third world country No idea about this but would say definitely a spam/scam call

just music with what sounded like a japanese voiceover (not sure of the language though) - I hung up immediately so know no further.

NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a large charge on your bill.
Person on the other end is asking about roof insulation that I have recently had done, the minute I say I had this done years ago they put the phone down.
