Had spate of loft installation scam landline calls and now this to my mobile-Illegally obtaining and using my Ex directory/TPS registered details-Frankly what’s the point of TPS and Action Fraud?

SCAM Says it’s HSBC and a payment was made from a new device, I don’t even have an account with them. Also had a link but I am not pressing it.
