The sneaky South African scammer up to his old tricks again, this time he went by the name "Randall Scott". Nice name, but not a very nice man. Usual nonsense, something about my companies credit rating has recently changed. I said no it hasn t, we had a brief argument over this. I asked him for his company name and company registration number, he said he d call me back with the details. Looking forward to that call. They are calling to say they want to check ur computer from supposedly microsoft obviously a scam.
Three times now I have had a call from this number and each time they have hung up without speaking. Done a quick search and it is based in North Manchester.

Caller addressed me by a false name which I had given to a previous cold caller. He said he was calling about a government scheme to reduce debt. He said it was an IVA and wouldn t affect my credit rating. I asked who he worked for and he said Money Direct in Manchester. He said they were registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). He said he was calling from SE Asia, He asked me about my debts. I invented a few "outstanding" credit card debts and told him I was struggling to pay off the cards.
