Claiming to be from Sky. Saying that my router has been hacked and asking for me to switch off computer then asking me to press clt fn and window key and give a no. Did not do anything of the sort. Female caller very abrupt and rude.
Said they were calling on behalf of Thames Water.
Knew my name, wouldnt tell me who they were. Hungg up on me . Phoned 4 times throughout the day. Twice runv off twice hung up on me
